    Having looked at this again though, I'm struggling to see why/how this is more compelling than StarHub. Comparing this to the $25/mth 13GB StarHub plan…

    • It's $3/mth more
    • 1GB/mth less
    • Incoming calls are charged

    Several things are the same:

    • No SMS included
    • 100 mins talktime (this would only be the same if you never ever receive calls and only ever make outgoing calls)
    • Roaming and Caller ID included for free
    • Bonus data (6GB on circles.life, 10GB on StarHub) only for 12 months

    The last point is probably the worst thing about StarHub ($25/mth for 3GB is very meh), but there are already other plans cheaper than that in which case the StarHub plan is not the most attractive anyway. You'd also think that plans will only get cheaper in the next 12 months considering the telco landscape. Besides, it's obvious the attractiveness of the StarHub is very much dependent on the 10GB bonus.

    Roaming options are a bit different.
    StarHub having physical branches should be a good thing, but apparently circles.life has pretty good support and they've got live chat within their app.

  Not the best of deals- Circles.life does not distinguish between incoming and outgoing calls.

    Agree.

    You can pay a nominal fee per month to have unlimited incoming calls ($2/mth?) though.
