This seems really cheap.. and I'm struggling to find a catch..

Am I missing something? Is there a data quota on this? Will the price be higher after the 12 or 24 month period is over? Is the speed (300mbps)/coverage limited compared to the bigger telcos like Singtel?

I would imagine the customer service is more limited, may be due to lack of physical branches and reduced phone support, but I feel if that is the only "catch", then this is very much a great deal.

edit: Ok. I see that you have the 1Gbps plan listed on your homepage. Is there a reason why you don't have this listed as part of this deal? Because that looks like a good deal as well for $38/mth.
